The Mid-Atlantic Comprehensive
Center (MACC) maintains this site as a service to provide information
to its member states, colleges and universities, schools and other
interested parties. All materials are provided for noncommercial
use. Unauthorized use (commercial or otherwise) or any other form
of transfer of any portion of the MACC website, including but not
limited to all content, services, digital products, courses, events,
tools or products is hereby expressly prohibited.
Inbound Links
Linking to this site for any commercial purpose or private financial
gain is prohibited. MACC reserves the right to allow or prohibit
linking by third parties. MACC encourages other educational organizations
to link to our site to provide access to information about MACC's
programs and services for non-commercial purposes. Requests for
permission to link from outside MACC to the MACC Web pages should
be e-mailed to maccinfo@ceee.gwu.edu.

MACC links access and information about third parties to
its website. MACC provides these links only as a convenience, and
the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MACC of
the linked site. MACC is not responsible for the contents of any
linked site or any link contained in a linked site. MACC is not
responsible for the availability of the Linked Sites or the content
or activities of such sites. If you decide to access Linked Sites,
you do so at your own risk. In addition, your use of Linked Sites
is subject to any applicable policies and terms and conditions of
use, including but not limited to, the Linked Site's privacy policy.

MACC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately,
without notice, suspend or terminate (i) these Terms of Service;
and/or (ii) your ability to access the MACC website. MACC may modify
these Terms of Service from time to time in its sole discretion.
